Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Whitehall Preparatory and Fitness Academy is requesting proposals regarding the NSLP Vended Meal Invitation to Bid Contract. To request the RFP documents please contact Heather Hardewig at hhardewig@performanceacademies.com. Procurement shall be executed through sealed bids which must be submitted and received by 12pm, June 15, 2026. A formal bid opening will occur on June 16, 2026 at 10am.

Whitehall Preparatory and Fitness Academy is thrilled to present the Athlete of the Month for April to 7th grader, Cayden McGregory. Cayden has worked extremely hard throughout this school year in soccer, pickleball, and martial arts. He proudly represented WPFA at the Winter Soccer Friendlies, helping bring home the championship trophy.
Cayden consistently demonstrates excellent sportsmanship and a positive attitude. He is always willing to lend a helping hand to classmates who may be struggling with a skill, showing true leadership both on and off the playing surface.
We are incredibly proud of Cayden’s dedication, effort, and character. Congratulations, Cayden—keep up the amazing work!
Whitehall Preparatory and Fitness Academy's 2nd grade classes took advantage of a beautiful Earth Day on April 20, 2026 with a nature walk through the green space. Ms. Hicks and Mr. Mo's students really enjoyed exploring the grassy area and picking dandelions.
