Our Transition Program helps 8th graders leave Middletown Preparatory and Fitness Academy fully prepared for high school academically, socially, and emotionally.
We guide families through applications, test prep, and interviews, helping students earn spots and scholarships at some of the top high schools in Ohio.
With the right support, our students don’t just get in. They stand out.

Come one; come all to the Middletown Prep Carnival & Game Night, this Friday, May 15th from 5:30 to 7pm! We will have lots of fun carnival games, bingo, raffles and food!
Ticket prices: $1 for 1 ticket, $5 for 6 tickets or if you want unlimited game play, wristbands will be $20 each or $15 each for families with 3 or more students. Venmo & cash is accepted!

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Middletown Preparatory and Fitness Academy is requesting proposals regarding the NSLP Vended Meal Invitation to Bid Contract. To request the RFP documents please contact Heather Hardewig at hhardewig@performanceacademies.com. Procurement shall be executed through sealed bids which must be submitted and received by 12pm, June 15, 2026. A formal bid opening will occur on June 16, 2026 at 10am.
