Trotwood Performance High School Expands to Add Ninth Grade

Families in Trotwood will soon have a new high school opportunity as Trotwood Performance High School expands to include its first ninth-grade class. This growth reflects increasing demand from local families who are seeking a structured, student-centered high school experience grounded in strong academics, consistent expectations, and highly visible leadership.

The addition of ninth grade allows students to continue within the Performance Academies model, which emphasizes small class sizes, individualized support, and a focused learning environment. The program will offer core coursework aligned to graduation requirements while building clear pathways toward college and career readiness. Enrollment is now open for students entering ninth grade.
