Students enjoy outdoor learning at Camp Kern

Performance Academies fifth graders, teachers, parents and school leaders from our schools across Ohio are having a blast this week at our annual outdoor learning experience at Camp Kern. Today we woke up to a beautiful fall morning, enjoyed French toast and bacon for breakfast, took some amazing hikes, and traveled back in time to visit a one room school house, a blacksmith shop, and more! We saw turtle shells and learned about animals in Ohio, and we got to ring the dinner bell! We had a fun lunch, played lots of games, and headed out for more hiking, canoeing, and outdoor learning experiences before heading back to our cabins!
