Our Transition Program helps 8th graders leave Mt. Healthy Preparatory and Fitness Academy fully prepared for high school academically, socially, and emotionally.
We guide families through applications, test prep, and interviews, helping students earn spots and scholarships at some of the top high schools in Ohio.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Mt. Healthy Preparatory & Fitness Academy is requesting proposals regarding the NSLP Vended Meal Invitation to Bid Contract. To request the RFP documents please contact Heather Hardewig at hhardewig@performanceacademies.com. Procurement shall be executed through sealed bids which must be submitted and received by 12pm, June 15, 2026. A formal bid opening will occur on June 16, 2026 at 10am.

Future Dragons got a special visit to MHPFA!
