Our 2nd Quarter Celebration was one to remember! On January 16, South Scioto Performance Academy lit up the building with our Dragon Day – Glow Gala, celebrating scholars who showed strong grades, outstanding effort, and exemplary behavior throughout the quarter.
From glowing lights to snacks, games, music, and lots of dancing, students and teachers came together to recognize what it means to show up, do the work, and represent our Dragon community with pride.

We are so proud of our scholars!The Golden Shoe Award at South Scioto Performance Academy for the week of January 19th, 2026 goes to Mr. Baird’s 6th grade class. All week these students have been “locked in” with their sports. As the competition continues the rise, they’ve been learning and implementing complicated combination passing. We’re really proud of the process they made so far and are excited to show out their progression during next week’s friendly against Eastland!
