Meet Our Principal

Dear Students, Parents and Guardians,

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. I am Principal Oliver. I have 19 years of experience in education. This is my sixth year being a principal for Middletown Preparatory and Fitness. I am an advocate for Performance Academies Mission and Vision.

I am looking forward to the 2025-2026 school year at MPFA! It’s great to see so many familiar faces. Those of you who already know me, know how much I value our 10 successful school rules and advocate for the Mission and Vision of Performance Academies. I strive to form a common language between home and school, in order to develop strong relationships with parents, students, and staff.

For those of you I am just getting to know, for us to do this, we must have the same goals. Our 10 successful school rules are a great lay out for us to use. Please, familiarize yourself with these rules, and our Mission and Vision. I am looking forward to another successful school year!
