Meet Our Principal

Dear Parents, Guardians and Students,

I am honored to welcome you to Middletown Preparatory and Fitness Academy. My name is Principal Gardner, and I bring 17 years of experience in education, including 13 years serving the Middletown Preparatory and Fitness Academy community. Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching many of your children, supporting staff as an Academic Coach, and serving as Assistant Principal. I am proud to continue this journey as Principal with our students and families 

At MPFA, we value strong partnerships between home and school. We believe structure, routine, and clear expectations are essential to student success. Our 10 Successful School Behaviors provide a shared language that supports learning, accountability, and positive school culture. Families and students are encouraged to review the student handbook and become familiar with our Mission and Vision as we work together toward common goals. 

I am looking forward to a successful and impactful 2026–2027 school year, and to partnering with you as we continue to support and encourage the academic journey at MPFA.
